Jon has carved a career in the design sector for almost 30 years. Primarily in the areas of food and drink with a spell in the USA at General Mills, Minneapolis. His brand design experience began with Oakwood Design in Bristol where he ran the Mattel UK account and, while in the west country, joined Blue Marlin where he ran a client-service team responsible for brands such as Warburtons, Golden Wonder and Reckitt Benkiser.
A move to London saw Jon head up Ocean Branding’s relationship with General Mills, USA. Developing cross-brand promotional campaigns and domestic cereal re-design projects.
In 2009, with an incurable desire to establish his own agency, Jon set up Threesixty. The agency mission: To deliver best-in-class food-brand packaging design with design-effectiveness built into the DNA of every project. Jon’s desire to approach projects in the right way lead him to quickly expand the senior team through the appointments of industry heavyweights Jonathan Burr (Commercial) and Chris Isted (Design).
Jon is deeply proud of Threesixty’s ten year heritage and its success in attracting clients across the corporate spectrum - from Multinationals to SME’s to Start-Ups.
Chris was that kid in class who was better at drawing than everyone else. An inquisitive mind led him into a design education and career spent in some of London’s finest design agencies.
For the best part of 30 years, Chris has been an integral part of teams who design some of the world’s most famous brands; from Nestlé, Cadbury and Mars to Grand Marnier, Henessy, Kronenbourg and more.
His professional design career began at Cleassens International, developing labels and bottle structures for the world’s best-loved beer and spirit brands. A move to Wagstaffs introduced Chris to the food category where he began to hone his design philosophy for delivering packaging with outstanding stand out.
While at Stocks Austin Sice (SAS), Chris was instrumental in helping establish independent agency Ocean Design - made up of SAS’s packaging design team. Ocean carved a niche in the cereal sector working on UK domestic and global cereal brands owned by Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), CPUK and General Mills, USA.
Chris has a very clear set of design principals that he uses to guide projects and Threesixty's design team. To drive sales both online and at a physical retail fixture, packaging must: Be Seen, Be Loved and Be Understood. These principals are manifest in Threesixty’s portfolio and best demonstrated by our start-up projects where his vision delivers design icons that truly disrupt the category. In 2011 Chris joined Jon at Threesixty as a board member and Creative Director.

Jonathan is an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with almost all of his career spent in the FMCG food industry grounded initially the UK, and in more recent years, internationally.
Beginning at Masterfoods UK (Mars Inc), a traditional regional sales role was followed by Mults training and NAM responsibilities in the
Convenience sector. Four years in added-value chilled Food To Go with PL specialist Buckingham Foods followed, delivering record growth with the UKs 2nd largest food to go retailer, Boots, and strong
Three senior Sales roles were rounded off with Director of Customer Marketing at Allied Bakeries (ABF) delivering a new Bakery Category Vision, and all Shopper & Category execution in the £10m relaunch of Top 10 Grocery Brand, Kingsmill, in 2007. Responsibility extended to Category Management, PL, S&OP and Shopper teams.
In the following years Jonathan was Commercial Director at Buckingham Foods, Elisabeth The Chef (turnaround) and Plum Baby – taking the latter brand nationwide in the Mults prior to its sale to Campbells Inc.
During this time responsibility for Category, Innovation and Marketing featured to broaden his repertoire, including events such as commercial re-purposing, launching licensed chilled desserts with Thorntons & Jamie Oliver sandwiches, expanding F2G supply capabilities, and bringing norm-breaking US baby food innovation to the UK.
Driven by an energy for pace, a focus on outcomes together with a balanced approach to validation (as opposed to endless corporate alignment), in early 2016 Jonathan moved into consultancy. His purpose; to help ignite start-up brands, steer and sharpen emergent SME strategies and re-establish
larger corporate brands & projects, delivering profitable change. One mission, across several commercial areas: find your gap, in what is undeniably a new and distinctive Consumer era.
With over 15 years broad print and digital creative design experience and wide-ranging multi-sector knowledge. Davina has over 8 years design experience in the food & drink sector. Davina has been part of the Threesixty team for the past 8 years.
Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire, Ateeq has honed his skills as a talented web developer. With a keen eye for design, he has a natural ability to ensure websites have a clean and useable interface while his SEO skills ensure maximum reach.
